Refund Policy

At STRANFORD MEDIA, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital advertising services to help beauty spas grow. We strive for excellence, and our work is backed by expertise and data-driven strategies. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to initiate the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.
Technical Errors: If a billing error results in an incorrect charge.
Failure to Meet Service Agreement: If the services provided do not match the agreed-upon deliverables in the contract.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Client-Initiated Cancellations: If the project is canceled after work has begun.
Dissatisfaction Based on Personal Preferences: If the client is unsatisfied with the creative approach but services were delivered as per the agreement.
Lack of Participation: If the client fails to provide necessary assets, feedback, or approvals, causing delays or incomplete results.
Results-Based Performance: Digital advertising involves multiple factors, including audience behavior and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific results (such as a fixed number of clients or revenue) and refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must:
Submit a Written Request via email to [support@stranfordmedia.com] within 7 days of project commencement or completion.
Provide Supporting Details, including the reason for the request, supporting documents, and relevant communication records.
Allow Up to 14 Business Days for our team to review and process the request.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if a portion of the service has been completed but does not meet expectations due to verifiable reasons.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first contacting STRANFORD MEDIA for resolution may result in immediate termination of services and legal action to recover losses. Clients are encouraged to communicate with us before initiating a dispute.
